Who we are
We are a Christian based charity in Alberta developed to work with local people to make a difference in the world. We try to find creative means for promotions and fundraising.
The race-car pictured above was used to help raise awareness of the plight of people in poverty around the world. The car was sold in 2014 and proceeds donated to DavTee Society.
From feeding destitute children in Mexico to latrine building in Cambodia, water systems in DR Congo, seamstress training program in Mexico, and sending books to Africa…
We have done many projects that may be close to your heart.
- Our focus is to provide opportunities for poverty stricken people to have a chance in life. Millions of people around the world have been born into circumstances beyond their control. Poverty is a disease that adversely affects a staggering amount of people daily. Many of these people do not have the basic requirements for life such as clean accessible water, adequate food supplies and shelter from the elements. They may also lack employment opportunities and access to education.
One of our overarching goals is to promote self-sufficiency in order to empower people who live in poverty. DavTee Society is run completely by volunteers.
Projects for DavTee Society are under 3 categories:
1) Provision of Food & Water 2) Education / Life Skills 3) Housing & Sanitation

DavTee Society is a registered charity. Canadian donations can receive a donation receipt for amounts over $20.
