In the Kivu province the way of life for this pygmy village has changed because of gov regulations. They are unable to hunt for food anymore. We have supplied pigs for them to raise. This provides sustainable food and income
DavTee Society has provided goats for the children to raise. They learn animal care and maintenance. The goats are later sold to provide schooling for the children. Timothee is our agent for the projects in the Kivu province
Since 2014 we provide support for 50 children to go to school each year. We supply school fees, books and other necessities.
DavTee Society has built classrooms for the school.We have also provided a water system at the school that helps the whole village receive clean water.
In the DRC people in poverty live in overcrowded conditions and have minimal resources to deal with the Covid 19 pandemic.
DavTee Society was able to get medical supplies in to the Kivu province just before travel was restricted.
DavTee society assists an orphanage in Kinshasa. This orphanage has many young children and has daily and critical needs for the children.
Gisele is our agent for all the DRC projects. She is a Canadian citizen who grew up in the DRC. When she was a child, her family had to flee from rebel troops.
In 2018 DavTee Society partnered with Victory Church to build a church with the pygmy village.
Over 700 people attended the first day. A service with 1200 people is common. They are thirsty for the Word of God!
DavTee Society assists in feeding children in El Comedor (soup kitchen). Up to 125 children who live in poverty receive nutritious meals 5 days per week. Groceries are also delivered to needy families.
Bread for Life assists people in poverty to learn baking skills. Baked products are used to feed the children in El Comedor or for special events or bible studies. Also baked goods are sold as fundraisers.
We assist with supplying groceries and necessary supplies for families that live in poverty.

Walking with the cross started in 2017. Internationally Dan has walked with the cross in London, United States, & Philippines. Also in & around Grande Prairie, Jasper, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Oklahoma,
DavTee Society provided funds for Vacation Bible School. Many children attended and listened to bible stories and learned about Jesus.
Bible studies are held in El Comedor for seniors, adults, and children. These are held weekly or as special events / topics.
